DNA Plasmids

On-resonance fluid TappingMode of DNA plasmids was performed and 2nm height of the DNA was reproducibly achieved. The DNA was scanned under 5mM NiCl2, 10 mM HEPES, pH 7.2. 2µm image obtained during classwork at the "Practical Course on Atomic Force Microscopy in Biology," held at the Biozentrum in Basel, Switzerland, July 1998.
